hello,

the company i work for has the problem that dynamics 365 add-in in outlook works only with the version 2102 or lower for outlook, when i upgrade outlook, then the add-in wont work anymore, than the we get the notification: error on add-in and i only can select: start again.

error (dutch):

does anyone know the solution for this?

1. i am using the web version, so the upgrade is not relevant?

2. You can refer following link to enable protected mode in internet explorer --> i did this and the problem still there, i try the other information (articels) from you.
