Connect MSCRM 2015 online with MSCRM 2013 on premise using Azure middleware

Hi ,

I need to connect MSCRM 2015 online with MSCRM 2013 on premise using Azure middleware.
Suppose I create one record in Account entity using CRM online then data syncd with CRM 2013 on premise using azure middleware.

Please guide steps for achieving above task.
