Recently, one of our dynamics 365 V8.2 is converted to V9.0. After conversion, we are facing a weird subgrid save event issue in our environment. The functionality is, we are updating some master entity fields based on the values selected in the sub-grid of Master entity form. We have written a code on a save event of the sub-grid. It was working fine in V8.2 but in V9.0, sometimes it is working and sometimes it is not working.
Does anyone help me to identify the exact issue and what should be the resolution?

1. Try a simple on-save grid event and verify if that is working.
