I am not seeing a way to link Reason Codes for the integration.
There is no field option to choose here

You are seeing correctly. When MS added the Reason Code field in GP 2013, the field was never added in IM to either the standard adapater or the econnect adapter. It could probably be done through some scripting but I've never looked in to it.
I can write a script to add the data for the field, but I'm not sure what all tables to update after the import?
For your purposes, you probably need to update the IV10001 table. The only work tables with the Reason_Code field are:
IV10001 - Inventory Transaction Amounts Work
IV10004 - Inventory Bin Quantity Transfer
IV10301 - Stock Count Line
