I am reaching out to inquire if anyone has successfully established a connection between the Dynamics NAV iPhone App and an on-premises server. I have taken the necessary steps, including enabling full trust for root certificates and ensuring connectivity to the Office network. If you or someone in our team has encountered and resolved a similar issue, your insights and guidance would be greatly appreciated.
It seems that there is no problem with the settings. So this may be a problem with the app itself. It is recommended to submit an SR to the Microsoft support team.
