Dynamics NAV iPhone App will not connect

 I am reaching out to inquire if anyone has successfully established a connection between the Dynamics NAV iPhone App and an on-premises server. I have taken the necessary steps, including enabling full trust for root certificates and ensuring connectivity to the Office network.
If you or someone in our team has encountered and resolved a similar issue, your insights and guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    Dynamics NAV iPhone App will not connect
    It seems that there is no problem with the settings. So this may be a problem with the app itself. It is recommended to submit an SR to the Microsoft support team.
