Random Printing Wrong Cashier Name

I have had a small issue with receipts printing out on one lane, with the wrong person's name on the receipt.  The user was logged in properly, at some point during her shift noticed somebody else's name on the receipt, logged out of the system fully for lunch, logged back into windows, then into RMS, and the other person's name is still on the receipt.  Today however, everything is fine.  Everybody has the correct names on their receipts.  I'm trying to be proactive to see if anybody has any ideas on why this is happening, in case this starts happening more often, or even permanently.  Printer is Epson T88

    This is likely a data issue that may be caused by the data in the database not being maintained. Add a routine to your maintenance schedule to stop and restart the SQL services to clear out the temp. Servers are typically never shutdown and a restart is not able to effectively clean out cached data. Just a though, cheers.
