Hi,
I have MS CRM 2013 SP1 UR1 but I caanot find activity feed configuration and activity feed rules.
I checked sitemap its present over there but its not visible.What can be an issue?

Have you tried with a System Administrator role - it is usually permission related when site map items are not visible.

But I logged in with System Administrator Role.Did you suspect any other issue?
We had a similar issue and solved it by editing the sitemap.

You get this problem evidently if you upgrade from 2011, but not if you create a brand new organization.
In that case you must raise a ticket to microsoft, because it usually should as told by Scott, atleast by a system admin

Scott and you are correct,it should be atleast seen by system admin.
But it seems that it is not an issue with security role or sitemap.The code you have mentioned is already present there in sitemap but the entity is not displaying.
Is there any other way I can see the records of these entities?I want to update some data of these entities

Hi Rahul,
Could you check in this path ":\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\Setup\Serviceability\Latest\Actions_Org\Install\Solutions" and you should be able to find the activity feeds solution.
Install the solution, publish all customizations and it should hopefully resolve your issue with missing 'activity feed configuration and activity feeds'
