I know that there are add-ons for Business Central, to manage a 3PL environment.
 
Accordingly, can Business Central manage a 4PL environment?

    As far as I know Supply Chain seems to support it but Business Central doesn't. In any case this would be something to consider customizing or otherwise using another partner's solution, and you can discuss specific needs with your partner if you need to.
     
    Hopefully other experts can give you better advice.

    4 pl is just another version of 3pl. you need to set up specific locations to differentiate your inventory with other vendor or customer inventory. you also need to set up accounts for such transactions to not confuse those for clients with your own.
    so BC can handle that, but you need to design or set up based on the items flows and financial transactions. There are also 3rd party apps but each is different and you need to investigate what they are good for.
