Export Bulk Data in CRM 3.0

I am trying to work on a major project. I need to export a segment of my CRM system including activites, notes, and hostory for select contacts. Is there a tool or way to perform this. Any help / advice / tools or resources would be very helpful. I am currently using CRM 3.0.

 There is a way to export this to excel; however, the challenge I face is that I cannot export corresponding history, activities, notes, etc. Unless it is done on a one by one basis.

    You don't need tools if you know create report in Sql Reporting Services. (You don't need know it very well. Because Report Wizard can help you in Sql Reporting Services) You can make a report what you want format and you can export it to Excel,Pdf,Mht...

    Hello, we have SQL server 2005 and CRM 3.0 and I need to get all data out of it including notes, history, emails and attachments and don't have much experience with CRM 3.0. Where can I access sql reporting services? Do they have to be configured first?

    Hi,

    If you haven't little experience with CRM and Database of CRM (SQL Server) you don't make this with Reporting Services. You know some technical things.
    I haven't CRM 3.0, if I have had, I can export this items with Reporting Services Report.

    Maybe someone can help you in forum if they have CRM 3.0
