How to automatically trigger send command in the connected filed service IoT Alert

Hi All,

I'm recently reviewed the youtube from field service team with a demo.

In the demo, the command automatically triggered after IoT Alert created. Any thoughts on this? IoT Alerts is a business process flow(BPF) how to trigger send command in the BPF?
