Does anyone have a software solution they’re using that mines/tracks their GP data to provide supplier performance for on-time delivery, etc?

While vendor performance tracking seems to be a simple request, after spending 40 years putting together vendor performance analysis reporting I can tell you that eveyone wants something a bit different.
Like Frank said, you can use any of a number of reporting tools (although SmartList may be a bit to simple) to pull this data. PO contains information on the issuance of the POs and the individual receipts. Part of the issue, of course, is to enter the data correctly initially. After that, reporting and analysis is a simple matter.

All of those stats could be reported on using SmartList, although for the last one, you'd need to create a custom SmartList using SmartList Builder.
Thanks Frank. I'll look into SmartLists - I'm not familiar with it. We are also interested in tracking complete vs partial shipments of the lines of ther POs, as well as measuring the lead time we give vendors on POs as compared to the lead time they've requested.

What's the etc? You can pull on time delivery and other stats using SmartList.
