How can I change the report layout for a Posted Sales Shipment?

ReportReport

Good morning,

I like to change the report layout for a Posted Sales Shipment.

In such a Shipment, I click on Print... and then on the three dots next to Standard Sales Shipment (RDLC) under Report Layout.
See the first screenshot in the attachment.

Next, I remove the filter for Report ID. See the second screenshot.

After that, I try to select the desired layout, with report ID 1308. See the third screenshot.

However, after I clicked OK, the original layout (see the first screenshot) remained.

How can I fix this?

Regards,

    Hello,

You need to search the "Report Selection - Sales" and select the shipment, and find the layout of sales shipment.

If you have multiple layouts then you can define the sequence here. system will pick the layout which we have defined in this page.

    I Hope this will help.

    Hello,

I think you have to select the desired report you want for the Print action from the Report Selection - Sales page.

And also if you want to add any specific Layout in that you can select and Set that Layout as Default as Below:

    Hope this helps.
If you find this helpful you can mark this as Answer.

I agree with Yash and Rajvi  , but  If we set default then report will run accordingly .

Else You have to create custom action and make it visible and hide standard action
