Tax Category not auto populated

Good day everyone,

Is there a way to have the system auto populate the "tax category" field as circled in blue?

I have setup my code for the combination of the VAT posting setup, however, when i create a sales order/ invoice, it still show a blank tax category.

    Hello,

    On the Item Card, for the Item you are selling, you will see a field called VAT Prod. Posting Group. If this field is entered and you have entered a VAT Bus. Posting Group on the Customer Card, the combination will define the Tax Category Code field insertion. NOTE: Tax Category is used to define the VAT category for sending electronic documents, such as PEPPOL sales invoices.

    I found out the reason, i had multiple posting setup for the same category code. Thanks steve.
