Hi,

I'm setting up lots of new product stock card today and I'm setting one up but I'm being told the barcode/alias is already in use - however I've searched the system and can't find it anywhere to deactivate/remove/amend. Usually I find them in inactive stock cards but the search/wizards aren't pulling it in anywhere.

Can you advise a resolution?

    Look at the inactive items.

    With a report to items select inactive filter Yes. Item lookupcode = yours.

    Inactive items still use the itemlookupcodes only not seen on lists.

    If it is in alias set filter alias = your code.

    Run the alias report from items, look at the alias SKU's and see if one of those matches your problem SKU.
