Mouse control lost in Purchase Order Entry screen

We are running GP 2013.  We have setup a new Terminal Server 2012 to handle our client access through RDS Remote App.  We have previously been running RDS Remote App through a Windows 2008 Terminal Server.

We ran into a problem while using the Purchase Order Entry screen on the new remote app. When the user links a line item to a job and exits the Job Selection window, the mouse focus is not where the pointer is;  Focus is several inches from where the point is.  For example, placing the mouse pointer in the first line item puts focus on the Actions menu.

This problem is reproducible across all user logins and from Windows 7 and Windows 8 clients.  It occurs when logging onto the RDS server directly and launching GP in the remote session.  This problem does not occur on when using our 2008 RDS Remote App.   The Purchase Order Entry screen seems to be the only window affected.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?

    Hello!

There is a obscure quality issue you may be encountering with this one (#77466).

Please try the following which (with the quality issue I mentioned above) will restore functionality after the issue occurs. Click any field in the lower half of the window such as the comment ID field.

If clicking in the comment ID field after the issue occurs restores normal functionality you are most likely experiencing this quality issue and you may want to reach out to the GP support team.

Joshua,  thanks for that tip.  You are correct, it appears we are affected by this quality bug.  I will reach out to MS Support to see what can be done.
