Receipt printing issues.

I have some receipt printing issues I would appreciate some help with if poss. Thay may be related.

1. I have set up a small logo for my receipts and although it displays on the receipt preview window it doesn't appear on the printed receipts from my POS printer.

2. I have my POS receipts set up as '40 Column'  but the preview window shows the receipt on A4 size paper.

3. Although transaction receipts print OK from the POS printer, when I press reprint for another copy all I get is a short 2" stub with nothing on it but the bare transaction details in a jumbled layout.

Something tells me all or some of these problems are related. I thought checking the default paper layout in the printer settings might be a good place to start, but I can't find the POS printer in Windows 'Printers & Faxes'.

Any assistance would be great - it's sending me batty!
