Our Sarbannes auditors want us to develop a change management policy for GP to cover configuration changes, service packs, etc.  Does anyone have something you'd be willing to share as a template?

Check out ISV Central.   There is an ISV product out there but I do not recall it at this point.   I believe it is under Rockton Software and is called the Dynamics  GP Toolbox.   It will validate all products are installed at the correct version.   I am not familiar with it, but have heard of it.   Not sure on the reporting.

We have developed templates for tracking these changes.   Tracking changes to GP code, upgrades, hotfixes, service packs as well as changes to Microsoft SQL Server.

Feel free to contact me at snook@gofastpath.com for more information.
