Possible to get dynamic direct link to specific cases?

Hi guys,

Have tried this forum before and always got a good response so I will try here.

I am trying to implement a feature where customers can review our responses. I can add the widget without any problems but the problem is that I'm trying to get a link so I can from the 3rd party administration can go directly into the case so we can track which case got what response.

It looks like this

The link then becomes like this
https://link.to.dynamics.com/main.aspx#{LINK-ID}

But I don't know what value to add to make it work. Have tried {(GetGuidOfParentEntity)} and other.

Anyone have experience with this?
