Hi all i need some urgent help,

I have some problems when generating the Sales Tax Analysis report.

It shows incorrect tax as compared to a Sales Tax Collected report.

Please help i really need this to work. I tried it on the server as well as client systems.

Microsoft RMS Store Operations 2.0 .No updates,patch, or add-on had being done to cause this.

    RMS 2.0 Store operations.   Figures in VAT Tax is different in the Sales Tax Analysis report as compared to the Sales Tax Collected Report.

    Sales Tax collected report shows the correct figures and Sales Tax Analysis report shows a lesser figure .  Any ideas?

    This post seems really old but this is a 100 % working solution for the issue.

    There is a data loss bug reported with Windows XP. I have included a link to the fix below.

    Please install this on any Windows XP computer.

    Hi please need urgent reply and solution in regards to VAT in RMS. the VAT totals in RMS doesnt tie in with other reports which shows TAX and also if tax is calculated using calculator its different from what the system shows. apart from that example take an item where you have placed a quantity figure of more then 1 for eg. 200 unchecking the tax box shouldnt change VEP value on POS screen where as in RMS POS VEP value on POS screen changes every time u check or uncheck tax.

    I am having the same problem that Sales Tax Analysis report does have a slightly different amount from the Sales Tax Collected report. I am RMS 2.0.0166 on Windows 7. Does anybody have a reason why?
