Hello,

How can I turn my CRM mail service into fully IMAP alike system?

When sent from outlook, a copy get reflected in my CRM

When received in Outlook or CRM, gets reflected in both platforms.

BUT if and email is sent from CRM, does not get a copy of that "sent message" into "sent" folder in Outlook.

Hello Gonzalo

This is not possible since the email is not sent directly from Outlook.

As Outlook does not synchronize the email sent from a different source than Outlook itself, the email sent from Outlook will not be reflected in the sent folder in Outlook.
