SET UP SIMPLE DISCOUNT FOR POS

Hi everyone,
 
first i created a simple discount and made it enable ,then i wanted to add some new lines so i disabled it to edit ,then adding lines and changed status to enable ,this error show
/The validation job 'Validation for enablement of discount Dro-000001.' is still running or about to start./
how can i stop this job to make discount enable ?//
