Insights cards in dynamics 365

Hello Community Experts

I'm not able to see these insights cards within my opportunity in dynamics 365, even after mentioning the stakeholder and competitor name in the mail

This is first time I'm trying.

I may have missed something

    Insights cards is in Sales insight Assistance, not sure what you have configured and if you are using free or advanced feature. Suggest to go though below document first and make sure you configure correctly.
