Hello,
I would like to cut the synchronization of the appointments from CRM to Outlook, but keep it from Outlook to CRM.
Then all appointments created into Outlook should be in the CRM after synchronization, but an appointment created from the CRM must never go to Outlook.
I have played with the user filters, but I realize that the two way synchro is then blocked.
Is the a way to manage the direction of the filter?
I'm using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 and Outlook Professionnal Plus 2010. the appointments are synchronized using the "Outlook Synchronization"
