Verifone VX805 or VX820 pinpad with tsys

Does anyone know if the Verifone VX805 or VX820 pin pad is compatible with RMS 2.0 using tsys as the gateway ? The merchant wants to keep their processor and not use Mercury or Shift F4.

    Hi David.  Yes, they can work.  System Solutions has an integration for TSYS with VX..., see http://www.syssolutionsllc.com/page/Addons/RMSEMVIntegration

    Thanks for the response, but is there a way for the VX805 pin pad to work with RMS without any integration, just like the Verifone 1000se has always done? The bank does not support the 1000se model anymore only the VX805. The merchant doesn't need EMV.

    You need an Add On between device and processor(s) for VX805, additional “EMV” or Tokenization requirement not-withstanding.  With that, you would get EMV capability as bonus.
