Reconcile accounts monthly

Does anyone know how to reconcile an account at the end of the month every month?

Account to the GL I need to reconcile every month and when I am out I have to go through each transaction in the GL and match it to a transaction in that account?

    What Dynamics product are you using? NAV? GP? AX?

    I am using GP version 10.
