Data migration of Marketing Lists (Member Count)

Hi,

I am facing an issue in migrating MarketingLists (List) from CRM 2016 databse to CRM 365 online.

Marketing List migration is done but 'Member Count' field is showing wrong count. Example- When there are 10 members associated with the marketing list  it is showing Member count as '4'.

Migrated Marketing List and List members.

I have tried in 2 ways

1. Migrated Marketing List without mapping 'Member Count' from source to destination.

2. Migrated Marketing List by mapping 'Member Count' from source to destination.

In both ways I can see the count wrong.

Any one has idea how to migrate it to get correct member count.

Regards

Krishna

Did you also migrate list members using the listmember entity? I suspect that the "Member Count" field is an automatic system calculation (I didn't look into the entity closely though).

    Hi Daniel,

Yes, First i have migrated the marketing list, then the listmembers.

I can see the list members in CRM against to the marketing lists but the count which is showing on members count field is different to the one which i can see on the members subgrid.

I have the Members against my MarketingLists, but when i see the number of records in the subgrid it is different to the one seeing in Member Count field.

    Hi All,

Just an update on this, As the count is showing wrong I have created a console application to get count of all members using retrieve multiple and update it on the members count field.Ran it after the migration.
