Unable to select entity while creating entity list

Hi guys,

while creating entity list, I am unable to the entity. It is loading for hours and hours but doesn't display the list. I don't the reason, please guide me to finish this work. Please check the screenshot for more details

Hi Indra,

it seems you need to unlock Entity Name to value it.

Have you some customization which lock this field?

Hi Indra,

I assume you are trying to select the entity as shown below and you are unable to see any list there.

Have you tried using different browsers? And I assume you are trying on the MS Portal. If the issue still persists then you may need to raise a ticket with Microsoft.

You have to fill out the name first and select entity.

Sorry missed the spinner in entity.

Hi Indra,

the form control is a webressource that uses HTML/JavaScript.

As you cannot see the control, this is likely to be a client browser issue.

Hence, have you checked with another browser and/or the browser settings (e.g. that JavaScript is enabled)?
