80Hello! Our company is a relatively new user of Dynamics 365 having it installed last year. We went through Dell for licenses and currently have the Customer Engagement license that was discontinued by Microsoft. We build a custom app that uses "accounts" "contacts" and some other out of the box entities. I believe that these are based on Dynamics 365 for Sales.
Since they changed licenses, we were informed that we no longer can get the Customer Engagement license, and wondered how to determine the correct licenses we need moving forward. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
