May I know in the Permission sets, which permissions do I removed so as to prevent users from accessing Vendor Posting Group or to change the Payables Account?

Hi, As far as I know, in the standard feature, you can only restrict a user's permission to modify a table, but not to a field in the table.

So in this case, I think it would be better to limit the Vendor Posting Groups table.
