Can I set up Auto Assign for leads

Essentially in our business we have a "call center" sort of situation using leads

I am trying to figure out a way to Automate the assignment of leads to the users who need them

Basically when a lead is qualified or disqualified then a new lead is assigned to them

Is this do-able?

It is possible to auto assign leads to users through workflow. However, in order to help you more, need exact condition at your end. (i.e on what basis leads will be assigned?)

Secondly, while assigning leads to users, it will be helpful to define sales territories, Team and Site w.r.t user.

Off the cuff, have you considered using a Queue (or multiple Queues) that the end users work from (ordered with oldest first). Essentially, when they are done with one lead, they refresh the Queue and then take the next available one.

If you have a criteria for assignment, then make that part of a worklow on lead creation to determine which Queue to assign it to.
