Paymnet Reconciliation Journal > Import Bank Transaction

It is not retriving all the Bank transaction , Only few of them

I Check the Bank Link and it is working fine

What i Noticed that if i chose the cuurunt month 3/1/2022 to 3/18/2022 , it retrive all the transaction in that period

But if i chose any Previous month it only retrive few transactions

I have the same question (0)

Hi Samer,

If you are using Yodlee, which it sounds like it (Bank Link), we will have to engage Yodlee to determine why prior months transactions are not importing. If Refreshing the Online Bank Account is not bringing in those entries, then their team can verify if the connection is refreshing properly and if previous month's transactions exist in their database. To do this we would need a support ticket with the following info;

Consumer Name from the Envestnet Yodlee Setup Page

Last 4 digits of the Bank Account No. encountering the issue

Login URL from your bank's website.

Once we have that we can submit a ticket to Yodlee.
