Item Availabilty By Event - Purchase Items

Is it possible to change the calculation date in item availability for Purchase Items to include Planned Receipt Date and not Expected Receipt Date ?

    Hi, I checked the standard source code and it's hard-coded in and cannot be modified.
    Unless you rewrite with reference to this functionality.
