Appointment View: associated grid view button Missing

Hi everyone,

I just have a little but important issue on a dashbord with the Appointments view:

As you can see from the above picture the AssociatedGrid button is not displayed ( 1004.AssociatedGridButton.PNG )

How can I make it visible?

It talks about another issue, I'am looking on how to display the AssocciatedGridView button which should be next to the 'plus' create new button. Here the image of the AssociatedGrid button:

The Button wasn't displayed because the button OpenAssociatedGrid was hidden in the subgrid. Opening the appointment solution with the RibbonWorkbench and un-hide the button, after publishing everthing it is ok.
