As we create MO using Quick MO screen then use Manufacturing Item Transaction Inquiry windows to validate, there is : is added automatically with some qty but no reference where and why does it come , plz can anyone have knowledge about this GP behavior to avoid this.

You can look into the BOM to see the item and its location and also how you setup the work center, when QMO is initiated it pulls all its material from the locations/BINS assigned in BOM
