I am currently researching the Dynamics portfolio; in particular NAV, integrated with CRM Professional. My objective is to provide a centralised management system for virtually all of our business processes - Sales, Marketing, Service Management. Finance, Supply Chain etc.
One thing I would like to know about CRM is...Can it be integrated with VoIP technology (e.g. MS Communications Server) to provide a completely unified method of communication? Basically, providing the "end-user" with the ability to click on a telephone number and dial out through the CRM.
