Hi

i need to create a custom field on account form, this field needs to be a checklist where multiple items can be selected. 

how can i do it.

    Use microsoft CRM 365 July 2017 Update: Multi-Select Option Sets

    easily make multiple selections within one field, view the data in a view, and filter on it in an Advanced Find search.

    HI Ahmad,

    In that case you will need to design custom web resource for multi- select option set.

    You will need to design in html and javascript.

    Store the selected value in custom multi-line text field in CRM.
