I am trying to set up a small retailer with RMS, but I have no idea of how to import his data into this software. He was using an old POS system with .dbf files...I have found software to convert this data into .xls files, but now I can't seem to figure out how to import it into RMS? Any help/starting point would be appreciated. Thanks

You can use the Store Operations Import Utility (QSImport), which is available as a download from CustomerSource. It will allow you to map fields from an xls to import items and a few other info types, just can't remember them all at the moment.
