Email problem

Hi,

i have many workflow to send email to CRM Users, after workflow lunched  i see in the system tasks the problem "The delivery of the message failed, It must be returned or no treatment will be possible." i do no why !

    Hi Ammar,

    You can use this tool to enable tracing and get the log file in MS CRM.

    1-Email nitegration:  Server-side synchronization (server profil configured)

    2- checked

    3- Workflow is Async and the service "MSCRMASYNCService" work in server

    how to enable the traacing of all log ?

    Hi Ammar ,

    There are many reasons for sending email failed.

    1. You have to check to ensure that Email Integration is working fine.

    2. Check the email of sender is approval.

    3. Check about your server is overloaded or not. Did your workflow is synch or Async. Somecase, it failed because server cannot process the request.

    You should also enable the tracing to trace all the log.
