Is there any possibility to create my custom action on bottom of page as shown below? most probably on worksheet type page.

No, I haven't seen anything like that, and I don't think anything out-of-the-box like this exists in BC. Maybe you should try an addon or other ways to modify pages like using Javascript maybe.
