Company Information Table's Name "Field"

Hi:

In SSRS Report Builder, I'm modifying the Business Central Purchase Order (Report ID 10122).

I need to know the field in the Company Information table that houses the name of the company in Business Central.

I tried the following but found that it is not the field: Fields!CompanyAddress1.Value.

I have reviewed the Company Information table by typing "8700" in the Search (Tell Me) window, as well as by using "/?Table=79" at the end of the URL.  Still, I'm lost.

What field can I use in Report Builder to pull the company name?

Thanks!

John

Hi, If you cannot find the company name in the rdlc file, it means that the company name is not included in the AL file of the report, and you need to use ReportExtension to add it.

    Hope this will help.

    Thanks.

    Hi:

In AL, should I somehow link the Company Information table to the Purchase Order Header table in order to add the "Company Information Name" field?

    Hii,

You have to add field on report through the report extension.

    Thanks.

But, don't I have to do that through table linking in AL?  Otherwise, how is it accomplished?

    Hii,

You have to get the company information using the

    CompanyInfo.Get().

right this code into the OnPreReport() trigger of report.

    Thanks.
