Hi all,

I would like to ask how do I implement Customer Discount Group and Customer Price Group?

customer-discount-group.jpg

Is there anything I need to set  to allow Customer Discount Group and Customer Price Group to occur?

I have tried to set Super market to one of the customer and tried to create a sales order, but there was not discount affected.

My item is set as Unit Price $8.

My Customer Pricing Group is set as discount rate of 20%

However, nothing was effected.

Thank you for your help in advance.

You just need to set up sales prices correctly, there is not additional setup needed, what happens if you setup using Item instead of Item Discount Group?

Please check an example setup of a sales price in the below link, and make sure if that is working first then change it to Customer Discount or Price Group

    Hi,

It should work. Just see that if you assigned the ELEVENELEVEN as item Discount Group to the selling item. As you have specified this discount for items with this Item Disc Group.

    Hi Suresh,

Thanks for your reply. I have tried and yes the sales unit cost works well. But the Customer Discount group as I have place as below, doesn't work.

Will the discount reflect immediately at the line amount or the Unit Price of  of item or the discount will only shows at the final output which is at the sales invoice?

    Hi all,

I realize that I need to click on Functions > Get Line Discounts in order to have the discount appear on the item.

I didn't know you have to select this, Thanks for your help.
