Can't Create RDLC Report

Good day guys !
 
When I try to create RDLC report for BC 
 
 
This is what I got,
 
And This the code for report
 
 
When I try to export a default report from BC (RDLC Report), I try to open  
 
 
This error is appeared.
 
Please advice me to rectify the issues.

    Please Check below options 
     
    1) Check VS studio Version , Dotnet framework
    2) Check rdlc file , you should get xml value as below 
    3) Try to create fresh report with snipped and see what appears in rdlc file 
     
    4) Check application version of Report Builder
    5) Install reporting services extension in marketplace
    6) Or you can check root element error in below link 
    7) Its related to installation 
    8) Or check in some other PC
