Hi,

I have created a new customer template in business central while creating a new customer. Now I want to access the table where my new template is stored. I tried with Record "Customer Template", but it only returns the three default templates in business central. I am attaching the screenshot for reference.

The top three templates in the image are default by D365 BC. The last in the list is mine. I also tried "Mini Customer Template" table but it is temporary table and doesn't have either of the templates, be it default or custom.

Please help!!

Hi Khudeja,

Please search for Configuration Templates – here all templates are listed. Can you please check, if you can access your template from there?
