ITEMS STUCK ON DISPATCH ZONE AND NOT ABLE TO POST SHIPMENT

I have items stuck on dispatch bin and the related sales order/invoice has been posted, but the shipment is also hanging and bringing an error when posting; warehouse request does not exist. identification fields and values.: Type=Outbound',Location code=LL2 source type=37;source subtype =1 Source No.=S-OrderLL002536.
 
How best can i remove the items from the dispatch bin, when Advanced warehouse is enabled? and item tracking information is no longer attached to the items.

    To resolve the issue of items stuck in the dispatch bin in Microsoft Dynamics Navision, you can use the Warehouse Reclassification Journal to move items to another bin, the Movement Worksheet to create and register movements, or the Warehouse Internal Pick to prepare and register the movement. These steps should help clear the dispatch bin and resolve the error. For more detailed guidance, refer to the Microsoft Learn documentation.

    You need to use the Item Reclass Journal for this task, which should be performed at least once a week or once a month to ensure there are no items left in the dispatch, receive, or shipment bins
