User can't see Opportunities in associated view on Account

Hi,

CRM 2015 online:

When in an Account you can navigate to a page which shows associated Opportunities for that Account.

I am an administrator and can see these Opportunities. However, one of our salespeople cannot see the list of Opportunities, even though he is the owner of both the Account and the Opportunities (and can see them outside of this view).

Any ideas?

    Is there more than one relationship between the Account and Opportunities?  When there are multiple relationships, they are typically named the same by default, but depending on the relationship, navigating to one associated Opportunities link could yield different results than the other navigation link.  Also check to be sure if you are both using the same navigation link, are you both landing on the same view?

    Hello C Taylor;

    I'd take a look at the view being used in this subgrid to ensure that it's the right one. You did say that they can go to the opportunities entity and see these opportunities right? (As the sales user)?

    Hi,

    It seems like issue in security roles. Please check sales person security role setting for entity "Opportunity relationship","Opportunity". Grant Organization access level to Read privilege to check whether its privilege related issue.

    If my response helps you, please mark it as "Verified".

    On the user's security role 'Opportunity relationship' is already set to organisation (read priv)

    The view is 'Opportunity associated view', which is a system view with no extra filters

    There are two relationships, but each link is named accordingly and we were using the same one.
