Dynamics 365 Environment Tracking Tool ?

Hi,

I'm really new to Dynamics 365 so please accept my apologies for the stupid question.

I was after advice as to how System administrators keep track of their Dynamics Environments. Can it be done in Azure DevOps and if so how?

There is a requirement to record what the purpose of the environment is and who has access to it. It would be nice to have what licenses have been purchased and if they are expiring.

I'm particularly interested in making whatever method used is available to all of my colleagues.

Many Thanks,

Ravi

    Hello,

For Licenses, you may want to have a look here:
    https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home?source=applauncher#/licenses

For Dynamics 365 Business Central there is the Admin portal:

    https://businesscentral.dynamics.com/<<ID>>/Admin.

Hope that this does answer the question.
