Purchase Order Line Comments Will Not Display

We have several purchase orders on which line comments were added. These comments were entered on the Purchasing Item Detail Entry Window by clicking the blue arrow on the Comment ID line and keying in the comment in the Purchasing Comment Entry window. These comments do not have a comment ID.

Now when the PO is opened and we drill down to the Purchasing Comment Entry window the comment is blank. However, the comment prints when the PO is printed.

This problem only occurs on some orders. Comments display and print on most orders.

Any ideas why the comments are missing from some Purchase Order entry windows but still print on the PO’s?
