Maximum number of records for dynamic excel worksheet export

Hi,

I am using CRM 2011 (hybrid) and am having trouble maintaining dynamically linked excel worksheets (Excel 2010). I read somewhere that there is a maximum limit to the number of records I can export (10k) and it can be increased on the server. However, I can export many more that this statically, so wondered if this is likely to be the problem.

Any ideas?

Hi Tom,

Yes you can change the server limit and the reason why this is there to preserve performance of your crm, so you will have to weigh up the pros and cons of doing this depending on how iften you expect this is done and by how many users?

Alternatively you can use this tool to export over the limit instead of making the server change a33ik.blogspot.com.tr/.../tool-that-increases-limit-of-record.html
