Standard report of PO by Warehouse

Hello everyone,

Need a small help. Need to find one report that gives the following data:-

I need a report that shows how many pcs received for each warehouse which include PO#, receipt & quantity

We want to know if any standard report is available that shows how many items are received in each WH, and it should have PO number, Receipt # , item, quantity, WH.

These are minimum details .. any additions are okay.. but mandatory are PO number, Receipt # , item, quantity, WH

Thank you for your response. But This is not working. Because, When you open (Accounts Payable -> Inquiries and Reports -> Product receipt), you will see the Overview (of Invoice account). When you are going to Lines, you will see the POs Which are belong to the selected Invoice account(In Overview page). I m attaching 2 snapshot for your reference:

Hi.

You can get an overview of all the product receipts if you go to: Accounts Payable -> Inquiries and Reports -> Product receipt

If you open the "Lines" section then you will have an overview of all of the receipts containing the information you are looking for.

You have to add the column "Product receipt" to the overview to have it contain the product receipt number.

Hy Dharma,

there is the report "Purchase receiving log", but it is OOB without site/warehouse.

I would export Data entity "Product receipt lines" to Excel that covers all needed fields. This can also be done by a recurring data project.
