Hi Everyone,
I'm using BC on cloud.
I need your help and advice. Is there a way to prevent user to print report to certain format like excel or word ?
I believe this feature exist in On Premise where we can configure from BC instance. However is it possible to do it via normal way ?
If it's not able to do it on normal way, is there a way to do it by using customized report and how ?

You could restrict access to the reports with permissions and use the scheduling feature as a none restricted user to pass finalised reports into the report inbox from there you can then use odata or a custom api page to take the report into Sharepoint or OneDrive for the user to pick up reports from there. The saveas function is another possibility where you define the output type and remove all other reports from the UI with personalisation and permissions: docs.microsoft.com/.../report-saveas-method
